C.K wire strippers

C.K Wire strippers are designed for fast, accurate and repeatable stripping of small diameter PVC solid and stranded wires commonly used in electronics, telecommunications and data communications work.

This push button action wire stripper has three functions:

 

1) It will cut through wires up to 0.80mm diameter

2) It will strip the sheath of 6 different diameters of wire – 0.25, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50, 0.60 and 0.80mm (AWG 30, 28, 26, 24, 22 and 20mm)

3) It has a depth stop so that the stripping length can be set for repeatable results

Whilst the stripping diameter settings are factory preset, the blades can easily be adjusted to take account of any blade wear or special wire sizes.

3756

The 3756 wire strippers are dedicated to a particular wire size and are ideal for production line or repetitive work.

​

They feature a squeeze type stripping action and a variable strip length adjuster.

​

There are 8 models in the range covering 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.80 and 1mm (AWG 32, 30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20 and 18).

Pretty much the same as the 3756 but this one is dedicated to stripping the insulation from fibre optic cable having a diameter of 0.18mm.

This derivative is adjustable to different wire sizes – simply dial in the correct wire diameter with the adjustment dial and off you go.

There are three strippers in the range each with 6 diameter settings. This covers wires with a diameter of between 0.12 and 1.00mm.

And finally for those working in an EPA or on sensitive equipment, there is an ESD version.

​

Again it has 6 different settings to strip wires with 0.25, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50, 0.60 and 0.8mm diameters.
